About Hannah
My journey into birth work began when I started my career at Overlake Hospital’s childbirth center. For over six years, I worked closely with nurses, midwives, and providers, which gave me a front-row seat to the many ways birth and postpartum can unfold. That experience offered me a unique lens and a deep understanding of how to help families navigate the hospital system with confidence and clarity.
When I became a parent, everything changed. Experiencing pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood firsthand opened my eyes to the emotional depth and vulnerability of the perinatal period. That chapter sparked my passion and commitment to helping others feel empowered, supported and safe during this journey.
Before entering the birth world, I spent nearly a decade in restaurants and hospitality. That season of life taught me how to anticipate needs before they’re spoken, stay grounded in intense moments, and create an environment of comfort and trust.
My approach is trauma-informed and family-centered, with a special focus on emotional safety and perinatal mental health. Whether I’m offering steady reassurance, coordinating smoothly with your care team, or helping you settle in after baby’s arrival, my goal is simple: that you feel confident, supported, and deeply cared for, every step of the way.
