Support for Pregnancy, Birth, & Postpartum
Every birth is unique, and so is the support you deserve. My role as your doula is to help you feel informed, supported, and truly cared for through every part of the experience.
Together, we’ll prepare for the birth you’re hoping for while also creating space for flexibility, decision-making, and the unexpected. No matter how things unfold, I’ll be there every step of the way providing calm guidance, reassurance, advocacy, and steady support.
Birth Doula & Family Support
Serving families across the Greater Seattle area, including King, Snohomish, and Skagit counties.
I provide compassionate, trauma-informed birth doula support for families who want to feel more prepared, more confident, and less alone as they move through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.
Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, epidural birth, induction, cesarean, VBAC, or simply want steady support as things unfold, I am here to walk alongside you.
Birth Support Includes:
My birth doula package is designed to support your whole experience, from pregnancy preparation to labor, birth, and the early postpartum transition.
Prenatal Support
Two prenatal visits where we get to know each other, talk through your birth preferences, prepare for labor, explore comfort measures, discuss partner support, and create a flexible plan that helps you feel more confident and prepared.
Ongoing Text & Phone Support
Support between visits for questions, updates, appointment processing, resources, and reassurance as your birth approaches. You’ll have someone you can reach out to when things feel exciting, uncertain, or overwhelming.
Continuous Labor Support
In-person support during labor and birth, including emotional reassurance, comfort measures, position changes, counterpressure, TENS unit support, breathing support, advocacy, and guidance for your partner.
Partner Support
Your partner is an important part of your birth experience. I help partners feel included, confident, and supported without expecting them to remember everything in the moment.
Immediate Postpartum Support
After birth, I stay with you as you settle in, support golden hour, help with early feeding when needed, offer reassurance, and make sure your family feels cared for before I leave.
Postpartum Visit
One postpartum visit to process your birth, check in on recovery, answer questions, support feeding and newborn care, and help you feel more grounded in the early days.
Backup Doula Support
Because birth is unpredictable, trusted backup doula support is available in the rare event that I am unable to attend your birth.

Private Pay Birth Doula Package
$3,000
Payment Schedule
A $500 deposit reserves your birth window. The remaining balance is due by 37 weeks.
Apple Health / Medicaid
I am approved to bill Washington State Apple Health/Medicaid for eligible doula services. Coverage depends on eligibility and plan details, and I’m happy to help you understand what to ask when confirming your benefits.
