Every birth is unique, and so is the support you deserve. My role is to help you feel informed, supported, and truly seen every step of the way. Together, we’ll plan for the birth you envision, while also creating flexibility and calm for the unexpected.
Birth Support Includes:
Prenatal Visits - Two prenatal visits in the comfort of your home or a coffee shop. To help us get to know one another, talk about your Birth Preferences, create a Birth Plan, prepare for Labor.
Birth Team Chat (24/7) with your questions, updates, resources, anything you need, at your finger tips. This continues postpartum as well.
Continuous in person Birth Support on your Big Day + a Doula bag with coping tools, TENS unit, labor positions & protocols, physiological, emotional support for you and your partner. Advocacy.
Back up Doula (just in case!). I am part of a wonderful team who can step in and support in rare events.
Postpartum Support Immediately after your delivery - nutrition, lactation support, golden hour, advocacy, postpartum recovery
Postpartum Visit - One postpartum home visit to help you process your Birth, assess your recovery, help to set up the routine with your baby and answer any questions.
